School Development priorities 2023-2024

• To improve the quality of teaching and learning in writing – in order to increase progress across the school.
• Reducing the number of pupils who are persistently absent. Improving attendance of all groups of pupils including those in receipt of pupil premium funding.
• To ensure that all subjects cover the crucial knowledge and relevant precise subject vocabulary that pupils need in each year group to build successfully on their prior learning.
• To ensure that all staff adapt learning and classroom environments (including resources) effectively to support the needs of all learners, including SEND learners.
