School Priorities 2026-2027

Priority 1: To develop and publish an inclusion strategy that details how we intend to alleviate barriers to learning and participation, including how we plan to use our inclusive mainstream fund grant alongside our core budget and notional SEN budget to build a strong inclusive core offering.

Priority 2: To successfully implement Insight as a whole school tracking system, enabling all staff to effectively record, monitor and analyse pupil assessment data to drive improved outcomes for all learners.

Priority 3: To significantly improve pupils’ understanding of online safety risks and protective behaviours through a comprehensive programme of curriculum teaching, peer-led education, and whole school awareness activities led by pupil digital leaders.
