The children finished their islands today! They are very pleased with what they have created, and the Year 2 staff are very proud. They have worked well with each other for the past 3 weeks and have accomplished great things.
To finish the island the children had to paint or make the physical features on their island. They painted mountains, volcanoes rivers and lakes.
They then used tissue paper to create forests and sand for their beaches.
