You will need:

Method:

Blow up the balloon a bit to stretch it out a bit.
Use the funnel and teaspoon to add bicarbonate soda to the balloon. Start with 2 teaspoons (you can always try different amounts next time).
Fill the empty water bottle with Vinegar halfway.
Attach your balloon to the top of the bottle, making sure it is sealed.
Lift up the balloon to dump the bicarbonate of soda into the vinegar.
Watch the balloon fill up.
To get the most gas out of it, try swirling around the bottle to get it all going!

Why not try different amounts of bicarbonate of soda? Or different containers? Or different shaped balloons? Try lemon juice instead of vinegar?
